OPINION MINING AND SENTIMENT ANALYSER ON TWITTER DATA STREAM

Title- OPINION MINING AND SENTIMENT ANALYSER ON TWITTER DATA STREAM

Supervisor Name- Ms. Akanksha Bhardwaj

Name- Saumya Chaturvedi

Enroll. No.- 9910103430

Summary-  The idea is closely related with the utility of the existing web tool of Tweepy which is an efficient tool which is open-sourced and enables Python to communicate with Twitter platform and use its API.

Using available training corpus from some Natural Language Toolkit (NLTK ratings), I’ve attempted to classify each document on the basis of part-of-speech. Keeping the various challenges of human sentiment classification, the proposed system attempts to achieve this selecting the most meaningful/interesting segments from the public data by using Python programming language as the tool to achieve it.

Performance Analysis of Routing Protocols

Title: Performance Analysis of Routing Protocols

Supervisor : Mr. Sanjeev Patel

Name : Ankush Mehta and Soham Gupta

Enroll. No. : 9910103436 and 9910103429

Summary : Routing protocols play an important role in Mobile Ad hoc Networks (MANETs) since they are necessarily required by all nodes in these networks to find the best paths to reach the other nodes. However, these protocols are usually measured/analyzed in homogeneous networks where all nodes in these networks have the same capabilities e.g. transmission range, transmitting power, link bandwidth and so on. Hence, homogeneous networks are not suitable for theoretical analysis, simulation measurement or performance tested in the real applications because different types of nodes usually exist (or they are configured with different parameters). So, they practically have different characteristics and capabilities. This is called heterogeneous networks. In this work, various scenarios (e.g. load-, mobility- and density-varying conditions, energy- varying node energy) are constructed to measure the performances of ad hoc routing protocols in heterogeneous networks. The protocols that are taken into consideration are DSR, AODV and DSDV.

Knowledge Management System

Title- Knowledge Management System

Supervisor- Mr. Himanshu Agrawal

Name- Mayank Agrawal

Enrollment Number- 9910103480

Summary – The aim of this project is to make an online knowledge management system which will be a great help to college or an organization. The system KMS is an internet based application that can be accessed throughout the organisation or a group/Dept.
This system is very beneficial from college point of view. It would help students in accessing study material all at one place without searching any other area. They can find all type of information which they want to access. The system will also contain login facility for students as well as faculty. They can upload, share or access any information they want by logging in their ID’s. Anyone can put up the query and anyone would be able to answer that. If they want to publish any article then they can put up the request to publish the article which later can be shared with everyone.
This system has its advantages and will help students to be updated to their interested fields. Easy to maintain articles and can access previous and new information whenever needed.

Interactive Form Builder

Project title: Interactive Form Builder

Supervisor : Mr. Avinash Pandey

Name : Mr. Rajat Sharma

Enroll. No. : 9910103485

Summary of the project:  Web applications and electronic commerce solutions have sparked the demand for better Web forms with richer interactions. XForms is one of the responses to this demand, and provides a new platform-independent mark-up language for online interaction between a person and another, usually remote, agent. XForms are the successor to HTML forms, and benefit from the lessons learned from HTML forms. “XForms” is W3C’s name for a specification of Web forms that can be used with a wide variety of platforms including desktop computers, hand held’s, information appliances, and even paper. XForms started life as a subgroup of the HTML Working Group, but has now been spun off as an independent activity.

My project successfully exploits the interactive nature of these forms and makes use of it to develop easy and handy forms for data storage other than databases. It provides a user interface to help user develop such forms in an easy drag and drop fashion.
