Confessions of a REAL Weight Loss Journey.


I have been reflecting back on my last week of diet and exercise and I realized something: I don’t want to lose the weight to just fit into skinny jeans, I want to lose weight to inspire others to do the same. I want to be the person that directly or indirectly helps others reach their goals. I want people to look at my before and after pictures and be motivated to work out and eat better. But first I need to get there myself.
It has been a rewarding week, I have been making good food choices and today I’m hitting up the elliptical for the first time in a month. I’m happy to be back on track and feel more energized than ever. It’s amazing what a difference a week makes. So for all of you  just starting out your weight loss journey, don’t give up, stay strong…
