A Healthy Choice: College Edition
Stressed over school? This is what you should use as your motivation. Take all your anger and aggression out in a workout! These are the best workouts.. they make you feel as if you released a lot of that stress from school. My favorite workout is to run around campus a couple of times and each time I feel the stress slowly fade away. If you feel as if you do not have enough time to break away from studying, the break to workout will make you feel wide awake to start studying again. Most campuses provide classes (like Zumba, Yoga, Dance, Pilates, etc) that are offered during the day. I suggest taking a break from studying and schoolwork to relieve the stress and try one of these out.
